The short version

DongDong does not collect, send, sell or share any information about you. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What the app stores, and where

Your answers in the app (language, coach, equipment, intensity, workout length, the optional age range) and your workout history are saved only on your iPhone or iPad, in the app's own storage. They are included in your device backup the same way as other app data, under your own Apple account.

What the app sends

Nothing. The app makes no network requests. All coach audio and exercise videos are included in the app itself. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Deleting your data

Use "Reset" in the app's preferences, or delete the app. Either removes everything it stored.

Children

DongDong is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.

应用保存什么，保存在哪里

你在应用中的选择（语言、教练、器材、强度、运动时长、可选的年龄段）以及运动记录，只保存在你的 iPhone 或 iPad 上的应用存储中。它们会和其他应用数据一样，随你自己的 Apple 账户进行设备备份。

应用发送什么

什么都不发送。应用不会发起任何网络请求，所有教练语音和动作视频都已包含在应用内。没有账号，无需登录，没有统计分析，没有广告，也不做追踪。

删除你的数据

在应用的偏好设置中使用“重置”，或者删除应用，都会清除它保存的全部内容。

儿童

咚咚面向成年人，不会有意收集任何人（包括儿童）的信息。

政策变更

如果本政策有变更，新版本会发布在此页面，并注明新的生效日期。
